i've been talking back and forth with the support team at epic, and we got mine working, heres how: the issue (for me) is that i'm using a mac and the default unarchiving software for me is stuffit expander, for some reason stuffit doesnt understand these .zip files so they led me to this other, FREE unarchiving software, which you can get here: http://wakaba.c3.cx/s/apps/unarchiver.html once i installed that, just double click the .zip file again and it opens it all up, just make sure you have you're settings so it doesnt hide it somewhere on your comp http://wakaba.c3.cx/s/apps/unarchiver.html http://wakaba.c3.cx/s/apps/unarchiver.html http://wakaba.c3.cx/s/apps/unarchiver.html click any of them! they's all the same thing!
